Present lack of money for Ont medicine has increased medical tourism to most expensive private hospitals in Europe incl Switzerland and UK,  No waiting list and hospital stay at advice of doctor and patients' request, In one London private hospital patients are screened before admission for infection. Majority of central Toronto home owners are property millionaires, Princess Margaret Cancer hospital Stem cell programme stalled through because of money problems, As well PMH level of hygiene can be improved. Many now Catastrophic insurance up to $2million. Doctors can only be paid privately if the service is not covered by OHIP or the client is non-Canadian resident,
Canucks from different provinces submit bill to their Provincial insurance, Patients who require Stem cell treatment are being referred to USA hospitals; OHIP paying for treatment but not travel and hotel expenses.
