Developed rash and periph.neuropathy. SKIN BIOPSY positive for Myco.leprae.incl.positive polymerase chain reaction. Prevalence of M.leprae infection Canada 6:1,000,000. In Canada at least 210 Lepers. COMMENT At first (?francophone)neurologist diagnosed as familial "sensitivomotor" polyneuropathy (probably meant familial SENSORY-MOTOR polyneuropathy.)
