DAILY MAIL 17July HOSPITAL SECURITY: Shooting in Florida hospital: 2 women killed; 88y patient & 36y carer.
Toronto hospitals as open as railway stations. Public are encouraged to use food courts, optician, pharmacy and convenience store. No control over access to patient rooms. Stethoscope " necklace" and a photobadge is "passport".to wards. Florida shooter probably a paranoid schizophrenic. No known reason for shooting those particular persons. More security in OMA office and Business firms; where visitors sign in and out.
